That’s why we sell only fully warranted products and to make sure your confidence in Plug-Ins Electronix products lasts for the life of your purchase, we offer a range of services as part of our Extended Warranty Plans... Giving you that peace of mind.

Plug-Ins only sells Fully Warranted products that give you protection during the manufacturer’s warranty. An extended warranty program provides you with additional protection. We provide for 1, 2 and 4 years of Extended Warranty based on what you feel is ideal for your purchase. Plug-Ins extended warranty will ensure peace of mind that comes from knowing that you will have all full warranty and service to support you well after the Manufacturer’s original warranty expires.

If we cannot repair your product, you may request for a replacement product.

• If the product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced with the same or similar product.
• The replacement may be a fully refurbished product.

We offer an unlimited repairs service for most of our products.

• Product will be repaired as many times.

A year after the date of purchase, you can book an appointment with our service technicians for a free check up of your appliance.

• Free annual check up of the electronic appliances bought form Plug-Ins, i.e. a year from date of purchase.
• Valid for the duration of the extended warranty.

On every item purchased with a warranty, you are entitled to free delivery and installation by our trained, professional installation technicians.

On all items with extended warranty, you are entitled to receive standby units

• in case your product takes longer than 1 week to repair
• standby products will be provided only for fax machines, mobiles, 29"+ TVs (digital, LCD, projection, etc), refrigerators,
• In case of refrigerators, you will be given a standby unit immediately upon handing your faulty refrigerator to our service centre.
• Replacement products will not be the same features as your product and will be subject to availability,
• In case of TVs, you can receive a maximum 29" TV in replacement, which may or may not have the same features as your product.

In case your product breakdown, we will collect the unit from your home or office and drop-off as soon as the product is repaired.

• Standby Units will not be provided for PCs, laptops, personal organizers, digital cameras and camcorders, cameras and video cameras, home theatre systems, Plasma TVs, projection TVs, personal care items, hi-fis, portable hi-fis and component hi-fis.
• A maximum of 21" standby unit will be provided for a TV.
• Unlimited free repairs will be given till such time where Plug-Ins decides to replace the product. Plug-Ins reserves the right to make this decision.
• All free repairs exclude accidental damage, or damage deemed intentional by Plug-Ins’ service centre.
• Delivery and installation is valid on warranted products with the value of at least AED 1000.
• Free collection and delivery of fault units is valid on warranted products with the value of at least AED 1000.
• Replacement unit will only be provided once the cause of damage has been determined and deemed unintentional and due to mechanical failure.
• The length of the Extended Warranty commences from the original purchase date and is not extended at a time where the item is replaced as deemed by Plug Ins.
• Any damages or losses of the standby unit while under his usage, will have to be borne by the customer.
• In case of unavoidable and unintended calamity such as fire or explosion, while the standby unit was under the customer’s usage, documents proving the occurrence will need to be provided to waive cost of standby unit.
